Exchange and return conditions:
- The customer has the right to exchange and return within 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Presence of an invoice.
- Not to have used more than 5% of the quantity of the perfume.

- Every purchase made through installment services (Tabby and Tamara) The amount is refunded by the service providers.
- It is not possible to exchange or return aromatic oils and products in contact with the skin that have been opened or have their safety packaging removed in order to preserve public health and safety.
- The gift box and packaging are not refundable or exchangeable.
When exchanging or returning an order from the online store:
- Contact your account manager from here or through our accounts on any of our communication platforms.
- Explain the reason for your desire to return to your account manager and the full amount of the perfume will be refunded, excluding delivery fees.
- Attach a copy of the order number in addition to sending a photo of the perfume.
- When requesting a replacement, the product will be received from the customer within a period of 1 to 3 working days within Riyadh and 3 to 7 working days outside Riyadh. After verifying the replaced product, a new shipping policy will be issued to send the replacement product.
